• The seller must personally appear & have current, Government Issued ID, (Name on ID must match the name on the Title.)

• ID is checked, information will be logged into notary journal & seller will need to sign in the presence of the notary.

• All blank spaces in the Assignment of Ownership section must be completed - Notary is required to administer an oath/affirmation to the seller, who attests to the truthfulness of the title information.

• Traded vehicles must have a dollar value assigned to them.

• Correct mileage must be listed on title..
